The notebooks offered are produced on demand (print-on-demand) via our printing partner. Each product is unique and printed especially for you.


3. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in USD, inclusive of all taxes. The delivery costs are displayed before the order is validated.
Payment is made online by credit card or any other means offered.


4. Delivery

Manufacturing and shipping are handled by our partner Printify, from warehouses located in the United States and Europe. Average delivery times range from 3 to 9 working days.

5. Right of withdrawal (customers in France only)

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the product ordered on the E-shop to exercise his legal right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision and thus return the said Product to the Company.
The Product must be returned to The Company at the following address: Harlem Douglas, 1 place Jean d’Alembert, 93380 Pierrefitte. The Company will acknowledge receipt of the request by email in both cases. It is then the Customer’s responsibility to return the Products by post to The Company at its own expense, in their packaging and in their original condition, suitable for new marketing, as soon as possible and within the limit of fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of the exercise of their right of withdrawal and to have the proof of deposit stamped, which he will keep. In the event of an exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above provisions (deadline and terms of return), the Company will reimburse the Client for the full amount paid, when The Company has received the Products or proof of shipment of the Products by the Client, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts. Exception: products made to order and personalized are not affected by the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).

6. Return and Refund Policy

• If the product is delivered damaged, improperly printed, or non-compliant, the customer must contact customer service within 14 days with a photo of the problem. A replacement will be sent free of charge.
• No returns or refunds will be accepted for a simple change of mind, as the notebooks are made to order.
• If your return request is approved, a replacement will be issued or a refund processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier or for errors of address provided when ordering.

8. Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be sought amicably before legal recourse.
