    Since each notebook is made-to-order, production starts quickly. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible (within 12 hours). After that, we can’t guarantee modifications.

    Shipping within the US averages 3–5 business days. Times may vary depending on your location.

    Each notebook is made-to-order, just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse.

    Please send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We’ll replace your notebook at no extra cost.
